Ellise posted the cover art on her Twitter and Instagram on January 28th, 2021 to tease the single's soon-to-come release.

On February 3rd, 2021, Ellise revealed that the music video would involve a collaboration with Shea Couleé, with a promo poster made by Dominic Betances.

Finally, on February 5th, 2021, the music video was released.

• On an Instagram live, Ellise mentioned that while filming the wheel scene, the strap holding her belly broke and she almost fell.
